Our core competence is the development and financing of photovoltaic solar farms, mainly on industrial roofs, but also on land. We rent roofs and land via right of superficies-structures in order to exploit solar parks. For new solar projects we look more and more to sunny countries such as India and Sri Lanka, where the solar parks are profitable with significantly less need for subsidies.
Hydro power is an ideal source for green electricity. It is a highly reliable technology. Again, the need for subsidies is markedly lower. Moreover, hydro doesn’t create residual products and air or water are not polluted.
